Famous Russian businessman of Armenian origin Ruben Vardanian likes public territories. As it’s known, Ruben Vardanian is constructing a business school not in a desert, but the school territory of 67 ha has been seized from the forest area of “Dilijan” National Park and the project hasn’t undergone any public hearings in the national park, while all the arrangements were made privately with Dilijan Municipality.
Now, judging by the information in the press, Ruben Vardanian will lease an area in “Victory” Park in Yerevan. Again it’s high time to say, “Not Good Taron jan… Not Nice, Ruben jan…”
