Lake Sevan Level Continues Decreasing

The level of Lake Sevan continues decreasing: as of 9 January 2019, the lake level makes up 1900.38 cm, which is lower than the indicators for the same day last year – 1900.42 cm. At the end of 2018, under the data of 28 December, the negative balance of the lake made up 2 cm. Last year the water intake from the lake made up 210 million cum which is more by 40 million cum than the statutory volume of 170,000 million cum.
