The State Urban Development Committee Adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia is developing proposals on the urban-development regulation in Ltchashen-Sevan and Sevan Peninsula sections.
It is planned to construct a coastal pedestrian road in Ltchashen-Sevan section with detailed zoning, to separate attractive areas for the beach, rest and other objects of service promoting the implementation of investment projects in the frames of the regulated project.
