"Jin Holding Limited" LLC does not give up its intention to carry out geological prospecting in the area of Urut mine field (polymetallic) in Stepanavan mining area, Lori Region, Armenia.
According to the announcement published on the official website of Berd Municipality, the company plans to hold the first round of public hearings on August 10, 2021, at 12:00, in Urut settlement, on Geological Prospecting and Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for 2021-2024.
Upon obtaining community consent, the Company will be able to submit an EIA for environmental expert assessment.
Reminder: in May 2021, Urut residents have already once again rejected the company's attempt to hold a similar public discussion.
