Marts River Endangered

EcoLur

 The Marts River is endangered; EcoLur received an alarm signal from Rudik Apitsatryan that a small HPP is constructed on the river, where you can assume from the diameter of laid pipes there will be no environmental flow and the whole section of the riverbed in a distance of 5-6 km will get dry. 

EcoLur is addressing an enquiry to Nature protection Ministry for information: 

Whether the construction project of a small HPP on the Marts river was submitted for the opinion of state environmental expert assessment and whether public hearings on this project were held.  In case the project is not submitted and no hearings are conducted, please consider this information as alarm signal requiring inspections.
