Karen Karapetyan set a problem in front of the heads of all the administrative districts to study the activities of sanitary cleaning enterprises, the general state of the equipment and work out preventive measures to avoid such situations.
It was also instructed to finish the process of signing waste management contracts with individuals and legal persons by the 1st of September, as well as to pay tight attention to the rates of rental collection.
It was reported that the tender for waste management operators had already been announced. To coordinate the work of condominiums and to use the successful experience throughout the capital it was reported that several successful condominiums had been chosen, which make their payment collection through bank system, in addition to it, the residents watch the purposeful using of the sums through website. To implement the instruction of Yerevan mayor about 8000 banners reminding of the rights and obligations of condominiums were given to condominiums to stick them in the porches of the blocks of flats.
