“Tariffs for electricity produced by small hydro power plants make up 4,769 cents at present. The company needs to increase tariffs at nearly 50% in order to be able to repay the loan allocated by German KfW Development Bank for 12-year term,” said Grigor Gabayan, Chairman of “Hydroenergy” PLC.
