Lake Sevan Level Continues Decreasing But Still Lower Than That of Previous Year by 14 Cm

The level of Lake Sevan has already risen by 4 cm. As of April 3, 2023, the level of the lake is 1900.32 m. However, compared to last year's level of 1900.46 m, the lake level is 14 cm lower.

It should be noted that Lake Sevan entered the year 2023 with a negative balance at the level of 1900.28m. The lake level started to rise in March. 

Reminder: the other day, the Director of Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center of RA Environment Ministry, Levon Azizyan, said during the press conference in "Armenpress" that according to forecasts, the water content in the reservoirs will be 10 percent less this year than last year.
