Garni villagers informed the “Zhoghovurd” newspaper that the river flowing through the tervritory of Garni Village is drained. According to the, the reason is that PM Togran Sargsyan has constructed hydropower plants, several ones. People complain that they are almost deprived of water. The newspaper tried to get explanations from the Head of Press Service of Government Susanna Tonoyan, who denied everything noting, “The PM has no connection with all this.”
