In May-June 2010 the small hydro power plant “Getik-1” will be put into operation in Gegharkunik Region. The construction of this small HPP is conducted by “Griar” CJSC.
This small HPP is constructed on natural water flow. The amount of investments make up about \\$ 5 mln. At present “Electrical Networks of Armenia” CJSC obtains electricity at 22 AMD.
