Barrister Nazeli Vardanyan has appealed to Administrative Court of Appeal to overturn the ruling of Administrative Court dismissing the claim of 18 Jermuk residents. The citizens of Jermuk are demanding from court to oblige Minister of Environment of the Republic of Armenia to annul conclusion BP 35 of State n Environmental Impact Assessment on Amulsar Project, as Nazeli Vardanyan told EcoLur about it.
It should be reminded that Administrative Court dismissed the claim of Jermuk residents in this case on November 14.
