Lydian International Limited Company will be delisted from Toronto Stock Exchange on February 5, 2020 for the reason of failure to comply with further listing requirements, while the sale of the company's shares is suspended.
Reminder: Toronto Stock Exchange suspended the sale of Lydian International ordinary shares on December 23, 2019. The company said it had applied to a Canadian court for protection. Lydian also stated that it still holds all rights to the Amulsar project, whether or not listed on Toronto Stock Exchange.
