The second announcement on the draft of water intake permit in the amount of 41.3 l/s for industrial use from the Arpa River for Amulsar gold-bearing mining project is posted on the official website of RA Environment Ministry in January.
The first announcement was posted on the website on January 5, 2022. The discussion of the document was to take place on January 11, 2022. No such project is being worked out at the moment, the ministry did not comment on the announcement on the website.
On January 18, a new announcement with the same content was posted on the website of the Ministry about the development of a draft water use permit for the industrial use in the amount of 41.3 l/s water from the Arpa River for Amulsar gold-bearing quartzite mining. Thus, the documents can be accessed on working days from 17:00 to 18:00 by applying to Water Resources Management and Protection Body of Environment Ministry. The discussion of the document will take place at 16:30 on January 24, 2022 in case of submitting remarks and suggestions on the preliminary version of the draft document.
