On 13 May, decision adopted to hold open discussions at closed meeting in Jermuk municipality on Amoulsar gold mine ppencast development.

Lydian International Company is 100% owner of Geoteam Company. This project is implemented by International Financial Corporation funding. The European Bank for Development and Reconstruction is also the shareholder of Lydian International.
