How is the management of protected areas implemented in the Czech Republic, what are the problems, how are they overcome and how to localize the Czech experience in Armenia. Answers to these and other questions were received by 8 representatives of the environmental sector of Armenia on May 24 and 25, 2022, during their visits to Podiyi National Park and Pálava Protected Landscape Area in the Czech Republic.

During the meeting with the park employees, they also stated that, unlike Armenia, their biodiversity is not as abundant, but the Czech principle of preserving it is to fully preserve what they have.
During the walking tour organized for the Armenian participants in Podiyi National Park, the participants got acquainted with the experience of using the latest technologies, ways of solving irrigation problems.

To the question of Armenian specialists, what the biggest violation recorded in the park was in recent years, the park employee said that the entry of pedestrian paths by cyclists. The Czech colleagues explain this special attitude towards nature conservation, first of all, by education, upbringing, and state policy.
