Beneficiary businesses established within the framework of “Living Landscapes for Market Development in Armenia (LILA)” project will be introduced to the Arab tourism market.
"Strategic Development Agency" (SDA) NGO and Ruben Tours, a partner of "Living Landscapes for Market Development in Armenia (LILA)” project, organized a familiarization visit for influential travel bloggers and media influencers of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on September 25-29. The tour was made possible thanks to the participation of Armenian tourist companies in the international tourism exhibition "ATM Dubai 2024" held in Dubai this May and the agreement reached during it.
"Within the framework of our visit to Dubai, we established partnership relations with several travel bloggers and media influencers from the Emirates. They visited the project's target communities and beneficiary businesses. We have presented all the tourist products that we have created within LILA project. An agreement has been reached so that bloggers and media influencers promote these products in the Arab market and in the coming months and years we will have tourist flows with "Ruben Tours", Alla Ghazaryan, Coordinator of LILA project component implemented by SDA, outlined.
During the tour, the guests got acquainted with the Armenian culture, discovered the exceptional nature and hospitality of Armenia. Influential travel bloggers and media influencers on their social media pages continue to cover the visit to Armenia by spicing it up with attractive photos, videos and stories.
“Living Landscapes for Market Development in Armenia (LILA)” project is funded by the Government of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and is implemented by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Caucasus and Armenia offices in cooperation with the Strategic Development Agency NGO.
