With the support of Living Landscapes for Market Development in Armenia (LILA) project, leading Armenian tour operators - Jeep Tours, Ruben Tours, and ArmLand Hiking Club - represented Armenia at one of the world’s most prestigious tourism platforms, the ATM Dubai-2025 (Arabian Travel Market), held from April 28 to May 1.
The tour operators joined forces under a unified national pavilion organized by the Tourism Committee of RA Ministry of Economy. Through this platform, Armenia’s tourism potential was presented to a global audience. The exhibition featured Armenia’s unique nature-based tourism experiences, as well as new destinations and tourism products developed within the framework of LILA project.
The Armenian pavilion attracted significant attention from visitors, international tour operators, and leading industry professionals. This once again highlights Armenia’s growing reputation as a sustainable, safe, and attractive tourism destination.
For Armenia, participation in ATM Dubai-2025 served not only as a platform to present its rich culture, diverse natural landscapes, and unique travel offerings to the international community but also as an opportunity to forge partnerships with global tourism professionals, explore new markets, stimulate the flow of international tourists, and contribute to the country’s sustainable and inclusive development.
It’s worth noting that over the past year alone, in addition to this event, LILA-supported tour operators have actively participated in five other major international exhibitions held in Dubai, London, Singapore, Madrid, and Berlin. Engagement in such events not only boosts Armenia’s global recognition but also promotes the development of environmentally conscious tourism.
Living Landscapes for Market Development in Armenia” (LILA) project is funded by the Government of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and is implemented by the WWF Caucasus and WWF Armenia offices, in partnership with Strategic Development Agency (SDA) NGO.
