ANIF Share Capital Increased by Over 2 Billion AMD due to Land Donated from Talin Community

On July 6, 2023, RA government decided to take back the 169.8614 hectares of plots of land of Talin community assigned to State Property Management Committee within the framework of "Aig-1" solar photovoltaic plant construction project and to invest 2,074,008,000.00 AMD in the share capital of "Armenian National Interest Fund" CJSC.

Currently, the share capital of "State Interests Fund of Armenia" CJSC makes up 5,561,145,000 AMD, which is divided into 5,561,145 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 1000 AMD.

If the company's share capital is increased by 2,074,008,000 AMD, the number of newly acquired shares will be 2,074,008.

It should be noted that " Armenian National Interest Fund " CJSC has a 15% shareholding in "Masdar Armenia" Company, which implements the construction project of the station. 85% of the shares belong to Abu Dhabi company "Masdar".

"Aig-1" solar plant with a capacity of 200 MW will be built in the administrative area of ​​Talin and Dashtadem settlements of Talin consolidated community, Aragatsotn Region, Armenia, and will occupy 547.31 hectares of land. According to the decision of Tallinn Aldermen’s Council, the plots of land were donated to the Republic of Armenia on behalf of "Armenian National Interest Fund" CJSC, which has a 15% share in "Masdar Armenia" company implementing the station construction project. 85% of the shares belong to the Abu Dhabi "Masdar" Company. The operation of the photovoltaic power plant is planned to launch in 2025.
