“Geoteam” CJSC has submitted Amulsar gold-bearing quartzite mine close down program to Nature Protection Ministry. Under this document, the open mine will be fenced or enclosed with hedgehog after the mine closedown. Open mine parameters are as follows: the largest surface length is 1680 meters; the largest surface width is 920 meters, its depth is 230 meters and alienation territory is 112 ha. The dumps will be subject to re-cultivation.
