On August 16, 2023, RA Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan and German Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Victor Richter signed an agreement on financial cooperation for 2022 between the RA government and the government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The document envisages the provision of financial support of up to 12 million Euros for the implementation of "Expansion of renewable energy and energy saving. phase III" project.
