EcoLab Participants Screened "You Are Owner of Your Rights"

The screening is EcoLur's film "You Are Owner of Your Rights" are still in progress. Another screening was held with the EcoLab participants during the meeting with www.ecolur.org Chief Editor Victoria Burnazyan on 24 October.

Before the screening Victoria Burnazyan presented the participants the environmental problems in Armenia then the participants divided into two groups to develop action plans directed at the protection of human rights and protection of their interests.One group developed an action plan what measures to take so as SHPP operations don't deprive the river of water, while the second group worked on not permitting the construction of a new tailing dump in the community area.

Then the participants of EcoLab watched "You Are Owner of Your Rights" film, which introduced them how people in Lori, Syunik, Vayots Dzor and Kotayq Regions fight for their rights.

EcoLab is a capacity building project for the youth living in Armenia.
