We inform that “Lydian International” Company has been in bankruptcy proceedings in Canada since December 2019. On May 4, 2020, a court lifted the ban on bankruptcy and allowed creditors - Swedish SEK, the state-owned export credit agency or its financial agent ING Bank N.V., as well as British Caterpillar Financial Services, to exercise its enforcement rights in accordance with the Assets Pledge Agreement, which means the return of the given property or its equivalent assets.
Such a process is possible during bankruptcy.
