Unauthorized structures built on the land owned by Yerevan Community can now be demolished under decisions of Yerevan Mayor, regardless of the degree of completion of the structure, whether it is subject to legalization or not. At the special session held on July 13, 2021, Aldermen’s Council approved the draft decision. It should be noted that in case of unauthorized alienation of the building by the municipality, preference will not be given to the person who built the building, as Yerevan Municipality informs.
