In the period of September 6-17, 2021, RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 87 cases, out of which 48 cases were estimated at 37,038,476 AMD damage to the environment, in 3 cases an administrative fine in the amount of 150,000 AMD was imposed. In 57 previously recorded cases, the damage to the environment in the amount of 2,758,041 AMD was calculated, an administrative fine in the amount of 3,460,000 AMD was imposed.
Based on the results of 17 previous inspections, 18 decisions on administrative fines in the amount of 4,540,000 were reached, the damage caused to nature was calculated in the amount of 50,745,644 AMD. 10 instructions on eliminating the violations were given.
25 cases (2,526,840 AMD) were sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Ministry of Justice. 1,446,540 AMD was paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
