In 2022, 5-7 individuals of Caucasian deer will be released into the wild from "Caucasian Deer Breeding Center" in Dilijan National Park, as WWF-Armenia informs. There are already 26 Caucasian deer in the center. Meanwhile, in 2018, there were only 8 deer in the center, which were brought to Armenia from neighboring Iran. As of 2021, 13 cubs have already been born in the center.
