The State Revenue Committee (SRC) revealed an illegal case of mining without state registration in Armavir Region. Criminal proceedings have been initiated in the investigation department of the committee, as we learn from the website of State Revenue Committee.
As a result of the relevant measures taken by Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body, it was found that a 16,000-meter-deep sand-like mountain mass was displaced from the above-mentioned site, the total value of which makes up about 39 million AMD.
Regarding the case, on the basis of materials prepared as a result of operative-investigative measures, criminal proceedings were initiated in the investigative department of SRC in accordance with Article 381 of RA Criminal Code.
