The authority to manage 21.875033% state-owned shares of "Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine" CJSC was assigned to State Property Management Committee of RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. The relevant decision was adopted at the Government session held on December 22, 2022.
Reminder: on August 24, 2022, by another decision of RA government, the rights certified by these shares were handed over to the fiduciary management of "Armenia National Interests Fund" CJSC (ANIF).
