In the course of three years since the launch of Teghout project implementation Vallex Group represented by its subsidiaries, ACP and Teghout, made fees in the environmental fund in the amount of 11,985,200 AMD (about 32,400 USD). Company Representative Vahram Avagyan told about this to EcoLur in reply to EcoLur’s statement though the environmental policy declared the company points out the territory under Teghout project will be rehabilitated, but it doesn’t keep aside money for this.
This statement was made during the debates in Five o’clock radio program on Radio Van on 25 March, where Vahram Avagyan outlined fees are paid in the frames of the Armenian legislation in force (in the Armenian version of this statement he presented the list of laws and by-laws, as well as extracts from concession and license agreements signed by the company.)
