EcoLur Publishing Investigations by Czech Companies on Pollution in Alaverdi, Akhtala and Shnogh

'Heavy Metals in Surroundings of Mining and Metallurgical Objects in Lori Region, Armenia' and 'Persistent Organic Pollutants (POP) in Hen Eggs in Alaverdi, Armenia' investigations are already available on EcoLur's website. These investigations have been carried out by the specialists of Czech 'Arnika' organization specializing in chemical safety and University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague within the frames of 'Involvement of Civil Society in Armenia in Decision-making on Mining' project and their findings were discussed at "Industrial Pollution in Lori Region" conference held on 10 December 2018 where they adopted a resolution on the environmental pollution because of mining in Alaverdi, Akhtala and Shnogh communities and dangers threatening health in Lori Region. On behalf of conference participants, 'Armenian Women for Health and Healthy Environment' and 'EcoLur' Information NGOs dispatched this resolution to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in December 2018. So far the government hasn't responded to this resolution and the proposals therein.
