Taking into consideration the published information and the general stylistics of the article entitled 'Teghout Residents: Our Premiere Spent 15 Million USD from Budget for Advice How To Wash Cow Udder, While These Modest People Say in Drams' displayed on www.ecolur.org website on 23.01.2014, we consider it necessary to advise as follows:
In 2013 the expenses of 'Vallex' Group Company made either directly or through 'Manes' Charity Fund had the following structure (relatively minor expenses are not included):
1. Ensuring communications for broadcasting of the local TVs in Teghout and Shnogh villages – construction of TV towers, purchase of a receiver and a transmitting unit, the import, customs clearance, mantling and maintenance infrastructures – 47 million AMD (works and proper expenses were made in 2012-2013, while the final result of the investments made was approved in May 2013).
2. Support to local TV channel for broadcasting in Teghout and Shnogh Villages – 5.4 million AMD.
3. Ensuring garbage bins for the needs of Teghout and Shnogh Villages – 2.8 million AMD.
4. Purchase of lab equipment for the schools of Teghout and Shnogh Villages – 1.9 million AMD.
5. Providing borrowings for the support of developing smal, business in Teghout community – 1.8 million AMD.
6. Repair of military education classroom in the school of Teghout community – 1.5 million AMD.
7. Purchase and mantling curtains and screens for culture centers in Teghout and Shnogh Villages – 1 million AMD.
8. Purchase and mantling sound instruments for the culture center in Shnogh – 0.9 million AMD.
9. Purchase of antenna and other devices for 180 families in Teghout and shnogh villages – 0.9 million AMD.
10. Support to Shnogh rural administration to ensure the operation of Chess Club – 0.8 million AMD.
11. Granting awards to honourable teachers in Teghout and Shnogh – 0.6 million AMD.
12. Purchase and mantling 3 seesaws and automatic merry-go-rounds in four places – 0.5 million AMD.
13. Purchase of dancing costumes for the dance center 'Yeraz, yeraz ashkharh' operating in Teghout and Shnogh villages – 0.3 million AMD.
14. Chess championship held in Shnogh community – 0.3 million AMD.
15. Expenses on 'Garegin Nzhdeh' screening in Teghout and Shnogh villages – 0.2 million AMD.
Total expenses – 65.9 million AMD.
