Today, as the world is struggling to reduce the incidence of coronavirus infections, with nearly 24/7 virus prevention on TV and social media campaigns, Armenian Women for Health and Healthy Environment NGO conducted lessons for about 400 schoolchildren on "Water and Health" and "Water and Hygiene" in Taperakan, Shahumyan, Dalar, Baghramyan, Berqanush, Burastan in Ararat Region and Margara, Jrarat, Apaga, Lusagyugh, Aknashen communities in Armavir Region.
“During hands-on training, we talked to schoolchildren about the need for hand skin care, showing how to wash their hands and brush their teeth. The children have learned how to use the plaster correctly. Nail care items have been shown: brush, scissors, cutter, file and how to use them. Schoolchildren have been shown to use wet and dry wipes,” said NGO representative Qnarik Grigoryan.
At the end of the training, participants were given handbags with "Water is Life" slogan containing personal hygiene accessories for their hands and teeth and T-shirts.
