All people who have permitted the construction of a small HPP in the territory of Trchkan waterfall will be brought to justice. This statement was made by Henrikh Grigoryan, Deputy Director of the State Non-Commercial Organization on Environmental Expert Assessment.
‘According to the government decision, Nature Protection Ministry of Armenia gave a term of two months for conducting the expertise, nevertheless, one month has passed and we still can’t say anything about the expert opinion,’ Grigoryan said.
