Ghazanchi villagers in Shirak Marz threaten to block the inter-state highway, if no measures are taken towards the solution of their drinking water problem. While waiting for it, they strain the dirt and warms in the water, boil it, or, at best, bring water on the cars form neighboring villages, even from their relatives’ houses living in Gyumri.
