On November 7, 2022, a regular court hearing was held in the administrative case of Gndevaz residents against Environment Ministry (Nature Protection) and Ministry of Territorial Management and Infrastructure (Energy and Natural Resources).
In the session, the advocates of the plaintiff, Hayk Alumyan and Nazeli Vardanyan, referred to the allegations of corruption transactions addressed to expert Ann Majesti, who presented a negative conclusion on Amulsar project, made by Sayad Badalyan during the previous court hearing, advocate of "Lydian Armenia" CJSC involved in the case as the third party.
