1. Amoulsar Mine is located 13 km far away from (in direct line) from Jermuk Town, while the combine and adjacent infrastructures are located 16 km far away, which excludes direct impact on the urban ecology. The mine won't be visible from Jermuk Town, the noise won't be heard, while dust pollution is impossible.
2. About 100,000 surface and underground geological and geochemical samples from Amoulsar mine have been analyzed with 30 various parameters, including whether or not there is uranium. Based on analysis results, one may say with confidence there is no uranium concentration in the mine.
3. Mine ores will be treated with the method of heap leaching, which excludes the need for a tailing dump.
4. The combine is planned to be located 4 km far away (in direct line) from Spandiaryan reservoir. The possibly of any pollution or leak due to combine operation is excluded.
