An illegal construction has been launched at 5 Komitas Avenue, as “We Are This City’s Owners” civic initiative is beating an alarm signal. “There is no building project, but now they are digging the foundation for that building. There is no permit for dismantling, but the building is being dismantled… All this is done with the knowledge of Yerevan Municipality... Disappointed citizens have to hold protest campaigns…” the initiative informs.
