The territory of the cafe in Mashtots Park in Yerevan has been handed over to the community as a result of negotiations with the business owner, and the business will manage it on a leasing basis for a term of 20 years, as the Facebook page of Yerevan Municipality says.
"Mashtots Park is now completely owned by the public. And the trees that lost their vitality, which were cut down in that area, will be compensated. "Instead, more quality trees will be planted," the post by Yerevan Municipality says.
