One of few parks in the capital, a public place, will soon become another VIP-place. We speak about the park located in the area from Mashtots Avenue to Saryan Street, starting from “Malibu” Cafe. On this “titbit” a two-storey underground building is proposed to construct, one storey is designed for car parking, the second one – a trading mall. Above the ground one-storey buildings for cafes and shops is proposed to construct, and a hotel in front of the main post office instead of fountains.
