'The construction in Erebuni Forest is still going on, while trees have been felled down,' EcoLur has received another alarm signal from a resident in Erebuni administrative area, Yerevan City.
'The alarm signal has been transferred to Yerevan Territorial Division of RA Environmental and Soil Mining Inspection, which is already dealing with this alarm signal,' said Vruyr Pepanyan, Assistant to Inspection Head.
Reminder: one week ago An alarm signal was posted on EcoLur’s “EcoAlarm” webpage that trees were being cut down in Erebuni forest, Yerevan City. “Near the crossroads of Mushakan and Jrashen neighborhoods in Erebuni administrative quarter, the forest has been dug out near the road: at least a hundred forests have been stubbed up and a funeral hall is being constructed.' EcoLur had addressed that alarm signal to RA Environmental and Mining Inspection Body and Yerevan Municipality.
