The first public hearing initiated by "EU GP RESOURCES" LLC on June 15 in Martz settlement in Tumanyan consolidated community, Lori Region, failed. Residents of of Martz, Qarinj, Ahnidzor and Lorut villages stated that they were against the company's plan to conduct geological research in the area of Martz gold-polymetallic mine. As a sign of protest, the residents left the hall. "Let them develop tourism in the village," the residents said.
The fact of not holding a public hearing was recorded with the signature of Administrative Head of Martz settlement Aren Ghazaryan.
