Water Resources Management Department of Environment Ministry is working on the project of obtaining a new water use permit (WP) of 62.4 l/s by "Chaarat Kapan" CJSC from the Voghji river for industrial purposes in the administrative area of Kapan Town of Kapan municipality, Syunik Region, as we learn from the official website of Environment Ministry.
In case of submission of comments and suggestions on the preliminary version of the draft document, its discussion will take place on January 30, 2023 at 16:00, at the Government Building 3, 5th floor, room 541.
It should be noted that "Chaarat Kapan" CJSC operates Shahumyan gold-multimetallic mine.
