

From November 1-12, 2021, RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 61 cases in the course of their visits, out of which in 55 cases f damage to the environment in the amount of 118,537,411 AMD were calculated, in 1 case an administrative fine in the amount of 100,000 AMD was imposed.
In 20 previously recorded cases, the damage to the environment in the amount of 430,000 AMD was calculated, an administrative fine in the amount of 1,420,000 AMD was imposed, as RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body informs.
1 case (totalling 103,600 AMD) was sent to the Compulsory law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 1,023,908 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
Inspections and Observations:
During the reporting period, Head of RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body issued 10 instructions on carrying out inspections, out of which 6 were soil management, 1 was production, 2 were SHPPs/1 were project, and 1 was forestry.
Based on the results of 4 previous inspections, 3 decisions on administrative fines in the amount of 1,130,000 AMD were reached, the damage caused to nature was calculated in the amount of 7,096,579 AMD. 2 instructions were given to eliminate the violations. During the mentioned period Head of RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body issued 3 orders on monitoring.
