Water tariff is planned to be increased, as Water Supply and Water Discharge Strategy and Funding Program says, which was approved by the Armenian Government on 13 July 2014. 'Current water tariffs are rather low and don't cover even maintenance costs.' The tariffs for 'Hayjrmughkoyughi' CJSC haven't been reviewed since 2009. In this regard, according to the Armenian Government resolution N 883-N dated on 14 August 2014, the tariff shall include the costs of maintenance and rehabilitation works, which will ensure the normal operation of water supply system,' the project particularly says. All the measures aimed at ensuring the execution of the aforementioned resolution of the government shall be laid down till November 2015. The information of tariffs shall be made available to public till June 2016.
