EcoLur - Vallex Group
Vallex Group Company commented EcoLur article entitled ‘Teghut Forest Ecosystem Recovery Made up More Than 32,000 USD for Three Years’ dated on 03.05.2011. Under the company, the article contains mistakes starting from the title.’ ‘…this amount in US dollars has been estimated in accordance with the money payments paid to the fund for environment preservation, which has been set up in the frames of Teghout copper and molybdenum mine development program…The information the company provides refers only to the sums, which is calculated and paid to the fund for environment preservation as prescribed by the legislation. Meanwhile this sum doesn’t reflect all funds Vallex Group Company has directed for the compensation of the damage caused to forest. This sum doesn’t include reforestation works as approved by Nature Protection Ministry and Agriculture Ministry (220 ha of projected works, 140 ha of tree planting, reforestation, care etc). So far payments to appropriate organizations have made up more than 100 million AMD.’
