Teghout defence group has not received a reply from the Court of Cassation yet, which Teghout defense group appealed challenging the decisions of the Administrative Court.
To remind that the Administrative Court twice rejected the claim of Teghout defence group to stop works at the Teghout forest mining site. The court had rejected the claim arguing that the group wasn’t competent to argue the matter.
