Taron Margaryan has cheated us: Abovyan Street is again developed – says the statement disseminated by “We Are This City’s Owners” civic initiative. The pavilions and boutiques, which were dismantled on Abovyan Street and should be transferred to Mashtots Park again appeared on Abovyan Street closing the main street of the town. “The Mayor refuses to provide the document, which shows that the pavilions were transferred to Mashtots Park,” the statement says.
