In the frames of fall tree planting around 20,000 trees and bushes will be planted in Yerevan, out of which 15,000 have already been planted, as the official website of Yerevan Municipality informs. Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan has strictly assigned to exercise strict control over the cases of tree felling in the capital and to bring tree fellers to justice.
“Before granting a site development permit examine the site in advance and exclude granting site development permits in green zones and tree-covered areas,” outlined the Mayor during his regular working meeting.
